Managers and business leaders/owners have a responsibility to prevent and eliminate sexual and workplace harassment, and this starts by leading with example, communicating policies, and recognizing issues that require intervention. Sexual Harassment and Workplace Harassment violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the government has created the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to ensure enforcement of the law. This training program satisfies compliance requirements of the employer to train employees on their rights and protections under the law.
