For start-ups and small companies with no employees or fewer than 20, a tailored HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Payroll implementation is an ideal way to build a strong foundation. Implementations for larger groups require a custom quote due to added complexity. An HRIS may include payroll and timekeeping within one system or may require a separate platform. Power3 provides setup of one HRIS, with the option to add a timekeeping system. Additional systems may incur additional costs.

We evaluate system capabilities, costs, and user experience to ensure the system not only meets your current needs but also supports scalability as your business grows. Once selected, we lead the implementation, ensuring your system is set up with employees (up to 20) active and ready, payroll configured, and benefits integrated. For companies operating in more than two states, a small additional fee may apply.
