Melisa is responsible for hand-selecting and supporting our Recruiting consultants, ensuring that their experience, work ethic, and knowledge base aligns with our client needs. We provide the training, tools, and resources to ensure that our Recruiters represent the level of service our clients require, and Melisa is there to get things started, do check-ins, monitor metrics and resolve issues.
