Who is Power3?
The Power3 Story.
Power3 is made up of a team of tenacious and powerful leaders, expert consultants, and business partners who actually care about our clients. We won’t sugar-coat anything, it’s tough to be a business owner, but we are here to run operations and growth so you can focus on the big picture!
Our Consulting Firm was started in 2019, with a vision held by the Owner/CEO of delivering a range of services to small businesses so that they didn’t have to wear so many hats. This idea came after nearly two decades of supporting small, growing companies in everything from top to bottom, side to side. It takes so many different skillsets to run a business successfully, and Power3 provides those skillsets in a scalable, flexible way.
Since inception, we have successfully supported both small and large companies in their goals, thanks to our amazing consulting team. The Growth team at Power3 is pleased to share that the majority of our new business is referral based, thanks to our positive client relationships!

Power3 Experts have extensive experience in their field of expertise. We seek appropriate certifications, years of experience, ability handling small business clients with less infrastructure, as well as the ability to dive into a large business with full teams, multiple systems and requirements in high stakes business efforts. Our recruiting team has experience in technical recruiting in the government and/or healthcare sciences spaces and are well-versed on clearance processes, certification requirements, technical language and military/veteran experience. In addition to our consulting team, we have an operational leadership team that ensure client satisfaction, can resolve issues and ensure we meet delivery objectives for each client. Our management of client contracts with metrics, status updates, and client check-ins help us keep our finger on the pulse for our clients!
