This course is for anyone in an organization that is responsible for managing others, including owners and CEOs, to ensure that they understand their role in preventing and addressing sexual and workplace harassment concerns.

Sexual Harassment and Workplace Harassment violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the government has created the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to ensure enforcement of the law. This training program satisfies compliance requirements of the employer to train employees on their rights and protections under the law.
