We seek appropriate certifications, years of experience, ability handling small business clients with less infrastructure, as well as the ability to dive into a large business with full teams, multiple systems and requirements in high stakes business efforts. Our recruiting team has experience in technical recruiting in the government and/or healthcare sciences spaces and are well-versed on clearance processes, certification requirements, technical language and military/veteran experience. In addition to our consulting team, we have an operational leadership team that ensure client satisfaction, can resolve issues and ensure we meet delivery objectives for each client. Our management of client contracts with metrics, status updates, and client check-ins help us keep our finger on the pulse for our clients!
