IDIQ Program Manager for Army ITES-3S, SEAPORT NXG, DHS EAGLE and EAGLE II, NAVSEA CIO resulting in 26 Task Order wins valued at approximately $90M. Capture Manager for several large procurements for US Airforce, GSA, and USTRANSCOM. Acted as Proposal Manager in support of US Army, DHS and US Navy procurements. Led the deployment and sustainment of the Critical infrastructure Warning Information Network (CWIN) capability for the DHS National Protection Programs Directorate (NPPD). Provide the oversight for Program Management, IT, Engineering, Communications, Asset Management & Provisioning Support for DHS ICE, USSS, NPPD, and S&T. Subject matter expertise support to the U.S. Navy, Dept. of Justice, and Dept. of State and other DoD clients.
